What are the objectives of the system?
The objectives of the system are numerous: improving the thermal comfort of homes, limiting sources of pollution linked to heating, encouraging the use of renewable energies and reduce household energy consumption by carrying out energy renovation work. The work must be eligible for criteria linked to thermal improvement and reduction of energy consumption.What are the eligibility conditions?
The system is open to owner-occupiers, landlords, co-owners and tenants of private property whose tax income reference does not exceed the authorized ceilings. The accommodation must also be located outside the geographical areas covered by theAnah (National Housing Agency). How much financial aid can you get?
The bonus Maprimerenov 2023 is intended to finance eligible work, the total amount of which must not exceed €30,000 for a tax household or €12,000 for a co-owner. The financial aid granted is for a maximum amount of 30% of the expenses incurred, with an additional contribution of up to 65% if income is very modest. The aid amounts may vary depending on the work and the situation of the beneficiary household.What types of equipment are part of the work eligible for Maprimerenov 2023 aid?
Eligible work aims to improve the thermal comfort of homes by reducing energy consumption and bills. They may include:- thermal insulation of walls,
- roofs,
- floors or
- interior or exterior joinery,
- the complete or partial replacement of heating systems with more efficient equipment (condensing boiler, heat pump, etc.),
- the installation of heating systems and hot water production using renewable energies (solar boiler, photovoltaic panels…)
- works to overcome thermal bridges.
