\r\nNation Bedding, it’s a family story that goes back more than 75 years. In 1946, Maurice Gamblin was a harness maker and manufacturer of harnesses for horses. Installed in a small village in Picardy, he subsequently became a mattress maker. \n\nCurious to see his father carry out his duties, Maurice Gamblin (son) enjoys going to the workshop. He thus acquired tremendous know-how and was in turn won over by the noble materials used. He discovered with passion the characteristics of the oaks, poplars and even beeches that dot the region, as well as materials such as wool and linen. \n\nThe 80s marked the beginning of the formidable adventure of Nation Literie: Maurice Gamblin meets Emmanuelle Merveilleux du Vignaux. If they fall in love with each other and get married, their know-how and deep values ​​will lead them to the creation of a family business. \n\nCovering almost 600 m², the Nation Literie workshops were created in Aisne. The success is there and the workshops now extend to 2 sites: Coincy l'Abbaye for the world of wood and Fère-en-Tardenois for the world of mattresses and tapestry. The couple has since been joined by the 3rd generation of Gamblin, driven by a professionalism that has forged the company's impeccable reputation.
