\r\nEdson Arantes do Nascimento, better known as Pelé, is a living football legend. Born on October 23, 1940 in Três Corações, Brazil, young Edson learned about football in the streets and fields of the small village. At 15, he had already impressed scouts and started his career with Santos FC. \n\nHis incredible performances at Santos FC lasted 18 years until 1974 and earned him 3 Brazilian titles, 2 Copas Libertadores (the South American Championships) and the Intercontinental Cup.
