For the current year, forecasts speak of a volume of projected business of around 1.03 billion euros! Figures which demonstrate the excellent financial health of the SFAM. \n

SFAM: a very French “success story”

\nIn 20 years of existence, the SFAM group has positioned itself as a major European player in affinity insurance. Today, the company supports more than 7 million customers, through a network of 2,500 approved distributors in Europe. If the brand has enjoyed such success, it is mainly thanks to its strong values, summarized in four fundamental elements by the group: \n
    \r\n
  • The strong commitment of the teams: the SFAM group can count on the strong commitment of expert employees, passionate about their profession, a guarantee of the quality of the services offered to customers. To encourage this sense of team commitment, SFAM strives to offer a caring working atmosphere and real opportunities for internal development. At SFAM, people are placed at the center of the operational model.

Indeed, the company's quality approach meets ISO 9001: 2015 standards, a certification that focuses on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement that the group obtained in 2018.

A visionary and resolutely innovative group

\nIn the words of Sadri Fegaier, Founding President of SFAM, the group's ambition “is to consolidate our leadership in the affinity insurance market in Europe while continuing to innovate and expand our activities in new promising international markets. ". The tone is therefore set: the SFAM group aims to further develop its distribution network, already with 2,500 approved distributors in Europe, and lasting partnerships with several large European groups. \n\nAt the heart of SFAM’s development strategy: innovation. Indeed, innovation is in the genes of the company, the first in Europe to market all-risk, all-cause insurance for mobile phones. A formula that propelled him to the forefront. Since its creation, SFAM has constantly rethought the concept of affinity insurance, both in terms of its uses and its offers. This is how the company formed a partnership with “Smartphone Recycle” for the purchase and reconditioning of damaged devices, and also created the first solidarity mobile insurance offer. \n

SFAM: a committed, responsible and united group

\nThe SFAM group is fully aware of its social responsibility, which manifests itself through involvement in social life in France and abroad. For Sadri Fegaier, “SFAM is a committed group that wants to exercise its responsibility towards society. As a company, we indeed have a major role to play in social improvement and environmental awareness.” In this sense, the company actively participates in various actions relating to sustainability, living conditions at work, employment, sport, solidarity and the environment. \n

Investing in sustainable development

\nThe SFAM group has been engaged for several years in an eco-responsible approach through which the company intends to fully assume its social responsibility. Thus, the group has formed a partnership with “Smartphone Recycle”, encouraging the purchase and reconditioning of smartphones instead of replacing them. In doing so, the company is part of a circular economy dynamic, the aim of which is to bring the products it insures into a virtuous circle (repair – reconditioning – recycling). \n

Humanitarian

\nDemonstrating active solidarity is the desire of SFAM, a group that supports and encourages international solidarity. Concretely, the company participates in the Casan program, a project of the NGO Action Against Hunger, whose objective is to improve the living conditions and the health system of the populations of the slums of Antananarivo in Madagascar (the one of the poorest countries on the planet). \n\nLaunched in 2016, Casan (Social Support and Nutritional Support Center) works with families in extremely precarious situations in order, among other things, to ensure their food security and to fight against precariousness by encouraging the creation of income-generating activities. \n

Quality of life at work

\nSince its creation in 1999, SFAM has always worked to promote a respectful work environment conducive to the development of each team member. Its efforts resulted in obtaining the valuable accreditation of the Happy At Work index, with an overall score of 4.62/5, for the fourth consecutive year. \n\nOn another note, the group launched the SFAM Académie in 2017, the aim of which is to act for the future of young people. In detail, it is a work-study training program aimed at students interested in sales and customer relations professions. The program is a real opportunity for young people, because it allows them to benefit from experience within an international group. \n\n
