\n\nThe Duma, the lower house of Parliament Russian, unanimously passed a resolution declaring that French citizens are illegally fighting alongside Ukrainian forces. Russian elected officials accuse these “mercenaries” of participating in the fighting in eastern Ukraine, torn apart by conflict for almost eight years now.
