More and more voices are rising against the so-called bill onforeign influence. The project, which officially aims to protect the country's political system from external interference, has received harsh criticism from various stakeholders, who perceive it as a threat to civil liberties and human rights.

The Foreign Influence Bill was presented as a measure to prevent actions by foreign powers that would seek to compromise the country's independence or political integrity. However, many voices oppose this text, believing that it could be used to repress citizen voices in the public sphere, under the guise of safeguarding the national interest.

Many believe this bill could have serious implications for civil liberties and human rights. Indeed, there is a fear that this text gives the government the power to persecute, intimidate and unduly punish those who, in its opinion, act under theforeign influence. The call to action
Faced with these concerns, I add my voice to those of many others in calling for the withdrawal of the draft law onforeign influence. It is time to rethink this text so that it reflects these fundamental values.
